These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tayaplus platform and all services offered therein. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any tayaplus service.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use tayaplus. This is a hard eligibility requirement under PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. Age will be verified before withdrawal access is enabled.
tayaplus is intended for players in the Philippines. Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly not permitted. Players are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
Each individual may hold only one tayaplus account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances. This rule applies across household members sharing the same device or IP address.

To register and maintain a tayaplus account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
tayaplus reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address, in accordance with Know Your Customer ("KYC") requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of account activity, including withholding of withdrawals.
Each individual natural person may hold only one (1) active tayaplus account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tayaplus may close all associated accounts, void all bets and bonuses associated with them, and permanently ban the user.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly upon any change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tayaplus login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify tayaplus immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. tayaplus shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
tayaplus implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including, without limitation, a government-issued ID (SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, Passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before withdrawals are processed. tayaplus reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
tayaplus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO bank transfer, BPI bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20), and BTC. Available methods and minimum/maximum transaction limits are published on the Cashier page and may change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 (Philippine Peso) or the cryptocurrency equivalent for USDT and BTC deposits, subject to change. Deposits below the minimum threshold may not be credited and may not be refundable depending on payment processor terms.
tayaplus aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during Philippine banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes subject to blockchain confirmation times. These are target processing times and not guarantees. Withdrawals may be delayed pending KYC verification, fraud checks, or technical issues.
Withdrawals of deposited funds and winnings require completion of identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3.4. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established (see Section 5). tayaplus reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests, including requesting the source of funds documentation for large withdrawals.
All PHP-denominated transactions on tayaplus are processed in Philippine Peso. Cryptocurrency deposit values are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, as determined by tayaplus. Players bear the risk of exchange rate fluctuation on cryptocurrency transactions.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by tayaplus ("Bonuses") are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements vary by promotion. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, all games contribute to wagering requirements at the rates specified on the promotion page. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at different rates or not at all.
tayaplus monitors player activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including placing offsetting bets to minimize risk while fulfilling wagering requirements ("hedging"), exploiting promotions using multiple accounts, or systematically targeting low-house-edge games during bonus play in a manner inconsistent with recreational gaming behavior. tayaplus reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse without prior notice.
Bonuses and associated winnings not wagered within the timeframe specified on the promotion page will expire and be forfeited without liability to tayaplus.
All games available on the tayaplus platform are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result and these rules, the version stored on the tayaplus server shall be conclusive. tayaplus uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all virtual games, independently tested by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed gaming studios and are subject to the studio's operational procedures and oversight.
In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance. tayaplus shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of tayaplus:
Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
All content on the tayaplus platform, including but not limited to the tayaplus brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and underlying technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of tayaplus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any tayaplus content without prior written authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tayaplus and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
tayaplus's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct by tayaplus.

You may request closure of your tayaplus account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours subject to completion of any pending withdrawal. Pending withdrawals will be processed to the most recently used payment method.
tayaplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, fraud, suspected money laundering, provision of false information, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its other users. In such cases, tayaplus may withhold balances pending investigation and, where legally required, report matters to relevant authorities.
tayaplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the tayaplus Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the agreement between you and tayaplus.
tayaplus implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption for data transmission and secure server-side data storage, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no system is entirely impenetrable, and you acknowledge that data transmission over the internet is inherently subject to security risks beyond tayaplus's control.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations pertaining to online gaming operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of tayaplus shall first be submitted to tayaplus's customer support team for internal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of competent regulatory and judicial authorities.
tayaplus operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe they have a complaint not resolved through internal channels may escalate to the relevant gaming regulatory authority.
tayaplus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the tayaplus platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
